Southeastern Regional Sales ManagerArbeitsort: Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our sales team. As a Sales Manage you will sell, demonstrate and promote all divisions of Wohler products in the Southeastern United States. The position entails the ability to travel up to 30% or as business needs require.

You will communicate our value proposition, and engage the end-customer in jointly addressing their business priorities. The ability to define and implement sales plans, track economic drivers and industry activity and understand the implications on customers’ business, including new business opportunities, is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop key accounts to reach quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Utilize consultative sales approach via telephone, email and direct customer contact
  • Retain current business, maximum account penetration, including cross product selling and account growth and development and relationship building
  • Develop new prospects through various mediums such as trade shows, leads, targeted mailings, counter days and referrals
  • Support in the planning and realization of trade shows and trainings

Requirements

  • Residency in the Southeastern United States or Texas 
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • A proven track record and successful history of achieving goals and sales targets
  • Two plus years of sales or related experience with HVAC products and key accounts in a B2B environment
  • Prospecting new business and researching areas for business development.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Previous experience utilizing sales tools to create forecasts and set sales goals
