Regional Sales Manager – Southeast in Remote

We provide technically advanced products, services and training to professionals serving a variety of industries such as NDT/Inspection, Plumbing, Home Services, Energy, HVAC and Chimney Safety. Our innovative products include inspection cameras, combustion analyzers and cleaning tools helping our customers stand out professionally and operate with total confidence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage, support, and develop our existing distributor network in the Southeastern region (e.g. FL, GA, NC, LA, and surrounding states).

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new sales partners and key accounts.
  • Drive sales growth by actively promoting Wöhler products and solutions to distributors, contractors, and other channel partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions (in person and online).
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs and share these insights with the head office.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Represent Wöhler at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits in your territory. 

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in field sales, ideally in technical products, tools, HVAC, building services, or related industries.

  • Proven track record in working with and expanding distributor networks
  • Strong hunter mentality combined with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently from a home office
  • Business / commercial background (degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering with business focus, or equivalent experience)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; confident with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel on average one week per month
